Who cares? is co-funded by the Creative Europe Program.
Who cares? promotes audience development and creates accessibility strategies for audiences with disabilities.
In 2020 Rupert explored topics of diligence and interdependence, introduced a public cycle of lectures and events with the aim to discuss disability and accessibility. Viewers were introduced to 13 lectures and conversations, 2-day workshop and an exhibition of contemporary art “Other Rooms”.
The aim of this project is to continue Rupert’s research and public dialogue about accessible cultural organization, to reflect on how accessibility can be constantly practiced on an ongoing basis while creating projects and activities. At the same time, the aim is to establish the continuity and sustainability of the project themes by creating artistic and intellectual content that is relevant to both: wide audience and professionals in the field of culture.
