Sebastian Rozenberg

Sebastian Rozenberg is an artist based in Stockholm. He works mainly with poetry, text and performance, trying to articulate dancing allegories, presentable processes and the poetry in conceptual language.

While at Rupert he worked on the poem throuwe that uses the “frisbee” as it main character. Firstly a play on allegory itself, the text also tries to transfer the possibilities of interpretation on to the reader/listener, and is used as a tool for speaking about currency, language and objects. At Rupert the poem was presented as a reading with sculptural props. The earliest parts of the project where shown in Venice, Basel and Berlin in 2013 under the name Throw the Other a Frisbee, and the whole poem has been presented at Life Sport, Athens and Guest Projects, London.
