Viktor Timofeev

Viktor Timofeev (b.1984) is a Latvian born, London based artist. He received his Bachelor of Fine Arts from Hunter College, New York (2008), and an MFA from Piet Zwart Institute, Rotterdam (2017). Timofeev working between multiple spaces, countries, languages and disciplines, Timofeev has an interest in modes of representation and systems of order and control. Recent exhibitions include If I could go to sleep for days, would you count the hours (SAZARUS IV), Two Queens, Leicester UK (solo show, 2017); ROY DA PRINCE, Futura, Prague (2016); The Life Intense, W139, Amsterdam (organized by Peach, Rotterdam, 2016); No Natural Disaster, HORSEANDPONY Fine Art, Berlin (2016),  S.T.A.T.E., Drawing Room, London (solo exhibition, 2016).
